    Week two training complete

    Two weeks done and to be honest it's felt a lot longer than that but not too surprising when I take a look at my running this year; I haven't had this kind of consistent training since last year.     I found myself this morning in desperate need of a plan. A club marathon I had signed up to months ago and kept forgetting about is now suddenly two weeks away. A bigger race, the Lakeland 50 (LL50) which consists of 50 miles and 10,000ft of ups and downs, has also crept up on me and is 14 weeks away...

    I'm a runner

    I'm a runner. Pretty much everybody that knows me would say so and I would agree. The only issue is lately I just haven't been running much. There's been a steady decrease since last September when I hurt myself on an attempted 69ish mile run and had to pull out after 41 miles...
